• Change for Kids - a program of the Napa Valley Education Foundation.  Their "long-term vision is to open a permanent, sustainable teacher resource center where teachers can shop for needed school supplies free of charge."  With the tough economy and federal, state and local budget cuts, this is more important than ever.   How can you help?  Watch for sales of school supplies when you're out shopping.  Buy items and bring them to future Unity League meetings or events.  We'll ensure that they get to the kids!  Also, drop your change in the blue and green "Change for Kids" cans at stores all over the Valley.  For more information about this program, visit:  http://www.nvef.org/pages/other_changeforkids.html
